    I still don't have any repairs done. No - no lights whatsoever. Just visible power loss with light load in Texas (virtually no grades).

    Just to be clear, I hope you don't get fired. Expect the worse and hope for the best. It may be a good thing if they let you go. So many better companies to work for.

    Thanks, man. It would be a little premature for me to leave now, as I was planning on leaving them mid June (I am going to Europe for two months), and this would mess up my plans. But I am not worried, I am just turning up my first year, it would not be hard for me to find a job.

    Supposedly, they will pay me $20/day, excluding Sundays. If they fire me I don't know if I will even get reimbursed for the motel. But let's not jump ahead of ourselves, it remains to be seen what happens.

    I cant believe youve been in San An for close to 2 wks and only hit up Riverwalk once. The buses run close to 24hrs, so whats w/ the car rental? And forget the Alamo, they have a Coyote Ugly Saloon!

    Twice :) today got a car again. Tomorrow might go to Austin (again for the second time). Like Austin better than San Antonio, my type of crowd and clubs.

    Ya, Austin would be a hoot if I was 20yrs younger. But your fondness will evaporate once you get caught up in the f'ed up traffic a time or two...
