They who, Freightliner or Werner?
I can't be sure about Werner, but Freightliner took 7 days to look at the truck. They were busy (or so I was told).

Werner.......
and the dealer was probably told there was no rush for the truck....Dinomite Thanks this. -
I see what you are saying, it just doesn't make any sense - why would they do that? Like Everywhereman said above your post, it wouldn't make financial sense for the company, for the fleet mgr (he gets paid from drivers' performances), and for me of course. And why, just to make me feel bad? I think the problem is that when a company is so big, communication has to go through numerous channels, people, phone calls, emails... All this beaurocracy messes it up and slows it down big time.

Cat sdp: now you can say you have seen someone waiting for more than 7-8 days

Maybe your right......
side note .... I've heard of a new guy filling a hyd tank with diesel long before def came along. And the hyd tank was clearly marked.... -

Tonakis maybe Werner told them no rush to find someway of canning your butt.

I think the costs of a financed power unit not running would far outweigh anything gained by "caning his butt".
