Diesel in the DEF tank

I once stopped at a rest stop and saw a guy working on his carburetor with a lit cigarette in his mouth. I decided to take care of business and split before he had an oops moment.

 

I'm still trying to figure out how you manage to put diesel in the DEF tank by mistake. For one the nozzle on the diesel pump will not fit in the DEF tank opening. He must have had to use a funnel and that should have made him realise something was not right.

 

I was wondering the same thing............
