Everytime I switch my diff lock on the fuse keeps popping. I know there is a short somewhere but I am not sure where the actuator is located that engages the diff lock air. Any ideas where it is and what it looks like?

It is in a bank of solenoids attached to a crossmember under the cab. There will be half a dozen or do under there. They all look the same. The airline coming out of your diff lock will be colored under the factory paint.... scrape some off each end and you'll be able to figure out which solenoid it is. Hope that helps!

Thanks. Is that solenoid able to be removed from the block or does the whole block gotta be replaced?

    Volvo?
Had this happen on the power divider at a company truck after it got washed. It took about two weeks and it dried out on it's own.
Don't put a higher Amp fuse in. That screwed up the tachometer. It had to be reprogrammed.

HA, I was going to say, stick a higher amp in there. A sort of a old bag of tricks. But I can only imagine how it would hurt the today's high strung computer trucks.

    At some point you learn.
That lesson wasn't on my expense.

The whole block comes out as one piece, then the solenoids can be separated. They kind of twist lock together
