I own a 1999 Prevost equipped from Prevost with a 2000 Volvo VNL instrument cluster. The printed circuit board allows for installation of a diff temp gauge which I have obtained from Volvo as well as a sending unit.

The usual diff temp gauges I'm used to have 3 wires (excluding illumination): +,-, and signal which goes to the sending unit. This gauge has 4 terminals and the sending unit has 2 terminals. Can anybody help me with this hookup...possibly is supposed to go to computer through data link but is there a way for me to wire directly?

P.S. Just checked voltage at the gauge contacts on the printed circuit board with ign on; 2 terminals have 9 volts, one has about 6 volts, one has none.
