With all the apps consistently being developed, a cellphone scanner app that listens to your CB at low volume would be great. Tunes out all the garbage and sends an alert when a legit conversation pops up. I mean Shazam already listens to lyrics and gives you a song title. The algorithms could be written to filter out garbage CB chatter.

Mix the old with the new.

You guys probably had to stay chained up all the time when driving uphill both ways in the snow

When I started driving we didn’t have a lot of electronic distractions, I learned to turn the CB down a little lower than the stereo, and pick up on the important conversations of the CB. But I can see where many today would need a app....?

Use to hear a guy holler “Rod Knocker” in the CB running the east coast, as well as other odd sayings lol....

Not at all. An oil sample was taken from every truck at ever 75K oil change and was sent off. They all came back as basically "oil still usable, engine wearing normally."

    Rotella is THAT good.

In 1985 we bought a brand new International S1700 with a DT466. @ 923,000 miles the origin block, crankshaft , camshaft, were still in place just as the factory put them. I personally done 2 inframes on it, only because the owner wouldn’t buy additives for the cooling system, and electrolysis eat a pin hole through a liner. Still had standard bearings at that mileage. Truck ran 7 states hauling drilling equipment. It now sets on Tyler mountain in WV, and I’m sure with good batteries it would start.

    Always used Pennzoil 15W - 40......
