    Mrs. Future Trucker,

He applied for a specific position. What was listed in the job posting was accurate (including the requirements). Schneider offices often work with drivers remotely. The Atlanta facility is primarily a Van Truckload office. But being a Schneider facility , any of our company trucks and independent contractors can park there , get maintenance done, fuel, etc. Now some yards are tanker specific, such as where he will train at, same thing applys. If needed, any driver can park at a company facility, regardless of division worked.

Atlanta is better suited for running lanes (except for your traffic@!!!!!!) and the companies ability to route him home.

Its good you are both asking questions, and we are more than happy to answer to the best of our ability. all 0f us here can offer answer for questions about the company ingeneral, but a few here can answer the actual job/training questions better.

Hope this helps alleviate some of your concerns.

gentleroger, 91B20H8 and BayouBlue Thank this.
