Different places, New Highways

Ok just back from last trip to Whitehorse...thankfully the roads were good, the weather was fine & the whole trip went pretty good!

Of course I DO realize that good roads & fine weather are all relative!

I even had a chance to make a couple of small videos...just for AfterShock & BAACK!

Kind of all of the above BAACK...they were all in the middle of the road when I came around the bend...I REALLY wanted a picture of them so I slowed right down hoping I wouldn't scare them off...they are VERY elusive animals... So I creeped as slowly as I could up to them...set the zoom on the camera as high as it would go & snapped away...

Little piece of trivia for you...

Did you know that Santa's reindeer HAD to be female? Male reindeer (caribou) drop their antlers in early December...female reindeer don't drop theirs until late February... But really...how else could Santa have made it around the world in one night without getting lost??? They HAD to be FEMALE!!!
