Ok.....this is a weird one. I think I potentially may speak for a few other members where context may be needed here. How do you get to this point to where you're convicted but not actually guilty? Child pornogrpahy is a really bad crime to have on your record. It's gonna be tough for you find work because nobody is gonna wanna associate their brand with such a bad crime, especially in this era. Then you'll have companies questioning your mental health and capacity given this background. There are trafficking laws that's a subject of conversation in the industry, and my feeling is that the risk may be to great to hire you. Then being in Massachusetts is a bit of a challenge to place you. You'll need to take any cdl job if you have an offer. 5 years may not be enough time lapsed for that type of conviction.

Context is not needed. CONVICTION of a crime means the state had enough evidence to prove guilt. Pleading guilty is close by, but not necessarily the same. Charged means, maybe so, maybe not.
I'm trying really hard not to be hateful and I won't be, but I wouldn't hire the dude to cut my grass. And that's as nice as I can be.

i am also sure there worried about lawsuits and the company name getting dragged through the mud. if you did something ( not saying you would ). that's just how they think!!! why didn't you look into this before you got your CDL???
