What is Draiver?
Draiver is an automobile transportation company that enlists freelancers to drive cars that need to be delivered to renters, car dealers and others.

 

So if someone has your email address and, entirely unsolicited by you, sends you some photographs, are you now in possession of child pornography? Does the state have to prove that you sought out these images or are willingly in possession of them? If I get email from someone I don't recognize, I might delete it unread, or I might just ignore it. If it's in my spam folder, am I in possession?

one of my best friends got charged with murder .

He spent right at $100k on lawyers , trial lasted five days etc , jury found him not guilty. He wasn’t within 40 miles of the place where the murder occurred . And there was zero actual evidence .
None . At. All .

He later discovered the cops had intentionally withheld evidence that would have proved he wasn’t ever a suspect .

 

First I think I would contact the police if someone sent me unsolicited child porn pictures.Police departments have the ability to go into a computer and see if you contributed to receiving a email and what the conversation was about. I think if you received anything illegal and do nothing that could present a problem.If you received something and never opened it the police can also see that so I don’t think you’re in possession of anything illegal if you received an unsolicited email and never opened it just simply delete it or left it unopened in spam folder for years they can see you didn’t solicited it and never saw it

 

With that kind of crime on his record, the closest he'll ever get to a company truck is if he takes up lot lizardry.
