DIJ Corp. Falsify HOS so you can drive into the sunset or until the cows come home

Think about a DOT non-preventable in which the other party is to blame, gets hurt, and then lawyer up for a civil case. Now you are losing a lawsuit and owing damages over an accident that was the other guy's fault. All because you're operating out of HOS compliance. That would suck, huh?

 

And there are still people out there who are clueless on how the industry ended up with electronic logging...

 

I guess bottom line you can do anything you want till you get caught. Then you come on here and expect sympathy, not a very sympathic group, very blunt normally
