If the trailet or contianers have placards on them you must have Hazmat endorsement. Heck, a placarded load of cotton-balls, if placarded would need Hazmat endorsement to haul.
Make safety put in writing to remove placards before hauling.

Just don't tell the DOT doctor about the chip the CIA implanted in your brain and everything will be OK.

The Medical Examination Report Form simply has a checkbox (yes, no, not sure), should you check yes or not sure, the Medical Examiner will ask follow-up questions.

Any misdiagnosis would be discussed then. If it were a legit misdiagnosis, it won't be a problem. Medications disclosed can become an issue with carriers, even if permissible through the FMCSA.

And whatever you do don't say a #### thing about wanting this medicine or that medicine. If the doctor is any good, they will know your prescription history already in a few minutes checking for drug abuse or in this case mental issues.

Im not here to troll or pick a fight. It is pretty important that certain talking heads (Oh the voices.. the VOICES!!!) are eliminated from the access to 18 wheel terrorist weapons extraordinaire.

    Just the current one.

Remember that the examiner can and many do talk to your doc and your medical condition is discussed with the examiner. AND they can fail you for not disclosing medical conditions that effect your driving ability.

    A misdiagnosis no.
A corrected real issue that no longer shows symptoms yes.

Were it a misdiagnosis it never existed to begin with.
As long as that is certifiable you should be fine.

As a driver, I am in the best of health unless the person giving the DOT physical finds something.

As a driver, I have a family doctor, then I have a clinic in a far away land that does my DOT physical year after year.
