    Our powder trains are axle legal at 92500 on 5 axles including the steers. Seems ok to me. Actually they seem to be safer at 90+ than empty which would be 24,000.

    On the the other hand, anyone that wants to know which truck drivers who will be out of a job in a few years because of CSA 2010 Can look at this thread!

    The drivers that choose to be the outlaws are choosing to become unemployed. Get enough violations and no 1 will hire you!

    I have had 6 inspections in under a year and not had a problem on any.

    However, the BMI might be a problem.

    Because you were legal or lucky???

    And, BMI is going to be a problem for over half of us!!!

    I would say it was my luck to have the inspections, 4 level 3's. After all, two level 1's in the same week. I have passed them all with no problems.


    BMI, maybe I should be held an unemployable.

    For now they've put the BMI and Sleep disorders on hold as they should.

    Sleeping always bothers me. I always wake up.
