Our powder trains are axle legal at 92500 on 5 axles including the steers. Seems ok to me. Actually they seem to be safer at 90+ than empty which would be 24,000.

However, the BMI might be a problem. -
And, BMI is going to be a problem for over half of us!!! -
I would say it was my luck to have the inspections, 4 level 3's. After all, two level 1's in the same week. I have passed them all with no problems.
BMI, maybe I should be held an unemployable. -
For now they've put the BMI and Sleep disorders on hold as they should.
