Disgruntled employee shoots up knight transportation in katy tx

I don't think it says much of anything about KNIGHT TRANSPORTATION . How are they supposed to know this guy was going to flip out when they hired him, or when they fired him? I'm sure he didn't show up for his first day of orientation wearing a shirt that said "DON'T PISS ME OFF OR I'LL KILL YOU!"

There is a difference between carrying in a car and keeping a gun in your sleeper:

Stress...yes. I have a lot of stress. Guns + stress would definitely equal unnecessary deaths.

It says that just like any other major employer, they hire a lot of people. A certain percentage of those people are going to be psycho, just as a certain percentage are going to be thieves, and a certain percentage are going to be decent employees. (At least until they have a belly full of the Knight BS.)
I've got no love for Knight but to blame them for hiring this guy is pretty far out.

So in your opinion Knight Transportation is hiring Psychopaths since they are cheap labor? So everyone that works there is a potential nut case? Can you name any Trucking Companies that give there drivers a mental test to weed out the crazy ones?
