I don't think it says much of anything about KNIGHT TRANSPORTATION . How are they supposed to know this guy was going to flip out when they hired him, or when they fired him? I'm sure he didn't show up for his first day of orientation wearing a shirt that said "DON'T PISS ME OFF OR I'LL KILL YOU!"
