I want to find someone or a company that when I find a load they act as the middle man and book the load using my authority. They will have all my permits, insurance and they would have the authority to sign the load confirmation sheet. Then after the completion they would do the invoice.
I don't need someone to find me loads or pay me for it and take a percentage I just need the paperwork handled. I spend almost two hours getting set up with a new broker everytime I book a load downloading, printing, signing, scanning and emailing.
So any recomendations

Also instead of running wily nilly all over the place where you deal with different brothers every day, find your lane and stick with it pulling for the same handful of brokers/direct shippers.PE_T and Roger Goodwin Thank this. -
I work with a shipper that keeps me busy about 6 months then I try to find some brokered loads. The last one I did I was emailed 21 pages that had to initial and send back,I don't see how I could do this if I was on the road.

It may just be me but I've found the better paying independent brokers just want a copy of your MC and insurance to book and run a load. Then the contract can be done later at home.
Spend a few evenings calling the mega brokers and do their set-up packs when you're home.
After a few months you'll probably only use a few brokers anyway.whoopNride, murat and spyder7723 Thank this. -
The most set ups are done in the first year. Then when time goes by, there is less and less of them as there is a tendency to stick to a certain broker pool. I am in my 2nd year, and have not done any additional set ups this year yet. With mega brokers you can do the set up ahead of time and be ready when time comes. Besides, everybody should read the contracts before agreeing to them because some of them could be really mischievous. That's the main reason why I would not want to delegate this task to a 3rd party. What would they be liable for, if you find out all of a sudden that a broker does not have to pay you until after they get paid first, or that a missing seal is an automatic claim?

Just do it yourself. I got a printer in my truck. Takes 15 mins to print documents and sign them and scan them back using an ipad. Do quick pay with brokers. Factoring companies take like 4%. The brokers I deal with take 1.5 to 2. Some dont take any fee to get paid quick.

Ive ruled out the factoring companies after talking too a few, alot of them want too much.I try to get set up with every broker I can through these guys

but some brokers will not let you set up with them until you book a load through them ????Roger Goodwin Thanks this. -
