    Hello all!
I am a dispatcher for a small trucking company (30 trucks) been in the business 4 years now and have absolutely gotten addicted to the business! and sticking it to the broker with a high rate as possible and than working my way down :biggrin_25523:.
I have received a MC # and USDOT # and plan on starting my own small o/o fleet this year with three drivers so far waiting for about six before i feel comfortable taking the leap of faith.

Any advice on how a dispatcher can keep a o/o happy!

Just be honest with them. Don't piss on their leg and tell them it's raining. Don't communicate in short, cryptic, canned messages. And in case it didn't sink in ... be honest and up-front with them, don't try and BS them or con them into something you know they are not going to like when the time comes. If you're sending them to a shipper that has a difficult dock or personnel, that every one gripes about, tell them up front.
