    i almost ended up paying 9k in taxes but i got away with almost 4k, i do rent a flatbed but driver is paying by just regular bank transaction

    i would suggest, that you join the OOIDA, and from there, they may be able to guide you to a trucking specific CPA in your area, or nearby.
    since you mention now a trailer rental, which you left out from the very beginning..

    it comes down to, are you an owner of a company and dispatcher as well..??

    you might be in need of a pro.
