    Hello ya'll, I was wondering, could you report to your terminal manager if your dispatcher for making you take a load when you are out of hours?

    You refuse the load if the dispatcher has problems with that, yes call your terminal,manager or the safety guy.

    I got safety on speed dial.. 2 times they try to make me haul hazmat when I didn't have the hazmat endorsements

    if safety is telling you to do this then you need to quickly and with all care to your cdl LEAVE. give your notice and find a company that will not take you down.
