BTW, good call on the sleep apnea deal too!!!

Given the driver's apparent BMI and the statistics that correlate BMI and Sleep apnea, you are probably right. Of course the driver may already have a CPAP device and is using is effectively already.

The driver should have asked the dispatcher if he thought that some amphetamines might be what's needed, and if the company would reimburse him....cause there was a guy selling some at the truckstop and this might be one of those times when he could really use em'....

    (Yeah, I'm being sarcastic again)

I think they are switching to Viagra now in the hopes they can last longer behind the wheel.

sarcasm on here generally mandates that the "hurt feeling report" gets filled out and points are distributed.my TTR csa clears up in 6 months.

so what ever became of this situation? i read that the dispatcher was "lectured" to by the brass but forgot where i read that.the youtuber himself did not elaborate, unless he now has,on the outcome.

I do have to say, I've talked a lot of tired drivers over the years, and he just honestly doesn't sound all that tired. Really, if your up to making a film and having a 15 minute discussion you could probably have pulled off 2 1/2 more hours of driving.
