Given the driver's apparent BMI and the statistics that correlate BMI and Sleep apnea, you are probably right. Of course the driver may already have a CPAP device and is using is effectively already.trees Thanks this. -
The driver should have asked the dispatcher if he thought that some amphetamines might be what's needed, and if the company would reimburse him....cause there was a guy selling some at the truckstop and this might be one of those times when he could really use em'....

I thought "Go Faster" pills were standard equipment for ALL meat haulers, livestock haulers, etc...(USED TO BE THAT WAY YEARS AGO)

I think they are switching to Viagra now in the hopes they can last longer behind the wheel. -
so what ever became of this situation? i read that the dispatcher was "lectured" to by the brass but forgot where i read that.the youtuber himself did not elaborate,unless he now has,on the outcome.trees Thanks this. -
Can't use that drug, I heard it makes the truck really difficult to turn. Can't turn the steering wheel for the...ahem..uh...OBSTACLE!!!

I do have to say, I've talked a lot of tired drivers over the years, and he just honestly doesn't sound all that tired. Really, if your up to making a film and having a 15 minute discussion you could probably have pulled off 2 1/2 more hours of driving.
