Why don't you invite Abe to join this forum I'd like to hear what has happened since all this has hit the big time.

Watch the video again, dispatch tells him to take a hour long power nap and he refuses, sounds like he's giving you a different story off the forum now? I'd watch this guy, sounds like he can't keep his stories straight. .. I'm beginning to think there is a lot more to this...

If u drove for kb you would see there's no ############ in his video.Believe me,I know how intimidating these dispatchers can be.You have yrs exp in trucking ,you know how companies are,so why are you defending kb?His dispatcher did everything in his power to make Abe out to be the bad guy, everything he said its all Abes fault. Then he threatens his job.Wheres the professionalism. They found a swap within minutes and could have done that in the first.

No defending the office crew, but I think both parties are guilty here.

No one can force you to do anything unless they are sitting in the truck with them. I've told dispatchers the same thing. They wanted me to run when i was outta hours, I told them no. I said I'm going to bed and I'll be up at this time and I'll let you know when I'm rolling. I hung up and went to bed. They never said a word about it either and never asked me to run like that again. You gotta put your foot down. Once you run once illegal you will be asked to do it again and again.

A lot of companies will take no for an answer and leave it at that but not kb.Abe did put his foot down and look what happened ,a threat along with a service failure. If I was still there,id be having a talk with Safety tomorrow and defend Abes job.
