I prevails that you were in a hurry with your facts and rushed to a nonsensical evaluation of the data, not me. You then contradict yourself. Not me.
It is not me playing the victim game. Is poor K&B cursed with the few experienced drivers that cannot write a log book or post trip. Pulling from the same pool of drivers as every other company, do they just have the dumb luck of finding those without credentials or with abuse problems.
No! It is apparent to all but the company apologists (driver haters), that management of K&B hires experienced drivers, pressures them into log violations and substance abuse, and turns them over without regard to credentials, all while driving poorly maintained trucks.Last edited: Mar 4, 2014

No problem. In this case, proves to management what happened. If I was a company driver, I would record ALL phone calls with dispatch. Would have no problem telling them either.truckerdave1970 Thanks this. -

As far as K&B's position we lack enough information. We have part of the story, but not enough information to make a complete judgement. I've never heard anything good about them, but that doesn't make me want to condemn them. I have no idea how they operate as a company, if this was a bad apple, or it's a lot of bad apples. I guess you might as well throw me in with the likes of them as I work for a company with similar scores. I preach safety and driver responsibility, I can't control what happens from Ops, but I can help influence drivers to log it as it happens and operate within the speed limit. Change takes times, getting CSA under control is very difficult and bringing in experienced drivers doesn't make it happen. Often times experienced drivers hopping to a new "average" company have issues, otherwise they'd be moving upwards to a "better" company.RedForeman, Roadmedic and truckerdave1970 Thank this. -
