    ^^^^^^^^^^^ These guys Rock!!!

I do believe he mentioned he had been up for 17 hours in his video, and I'm sure to his you tube fan base. He would of mentioned the freezing and not being allowed to idle, and the electricity that KB puts in the bunk to shock lazy drivers after their 10 hr breaks. SMH

    NO :)

^^^^^^^^^ Can't get any better then this!!! :biggrin_25525:

He's falling asleep, they're asking him to drive. It doesn't matter at the moment why. According to the regulations he cannot drive, if this is a regular occurrence he should be let go. I don't like micro-managing, I've done plenty of that in my time and it sucks. Nobody ends up being happy, not the drivers, not the dispatchers, not the middle management. He either gets disciplined or he doesn't, if it continues to be a problem then something needs to be done. We don't see his history in this thread. I know you want to see the answers to everything, but you don't need answers to everything. You lay out a path to success with clear expectations for both sides and go forward. If those expectations aren't met it's time to make changes on one side or the other.

No need to my friend. Saying he is making videos and playing WOW is not saying he never tried to sleep. Whether he tried to sleep or didn't has never been my stance on this issue. My issue is he accepted a load that he couldn't complete. And don't give me the "he was forced to take it" response. Nobody is forced to do anything.

You folks want to know why truckers are treated like slaves? just read all of the posts here and the topic that wa closed backing a company who runs their drivers like robots with out any thought regarding driver and public well being.

The utter stupidity displayed by super trucking stooges is shocking and it's no wonder trucking has gone so far down hill in just these last 10 years!

Years ago at the last company.

They told me to go to bed at 3 pm to get up at 1 am to deliver a load in the morning. I had only been up 5 hours.

I went to bed and fought sleep. I do not get sleepy till 11. I slept 1 1/2 hours and then drove the load tired.

A few weeks later, they told me at 9 am after a 10 hour break to take another one for a load that night. Drive all night and then get a reload on the break in another town.

Told them a load back to the yard and out of the truck at 6 that night.
