First mistake was not refusing the load second mistake letting them talk to you like a little kid !! I would have told that guy that nobody talks to me that way and I would be there the next night and he could try that crap to my face !! He wouldn't be the first one that I have had a face to face with .

I like the way the call went as far as giving them plenty of rope/time to hang themselves. Well done Abe.

I know how kb works, refusing the load would have only made them even angier and they wouldn't have stopped harassing you till you accept the load.I still would have refused it though and would have been ecpecting a meeting with safety once I got back to the yard. What this driver should have done is told dispatch after so long sitting that I wont be able to drive tonight because im starting to get tired so please don't assign me a load. That has worked for me.

Apparently all of the people here that claim that they would have called and said they were stopping and then climb into bed failed to see where KB called the cops out to wake up the driver when he did not answer the qualcomm or phone after being in bed for 2 hours.

This is exactly what I was thinking... I very much wonder if he sat there taking all the crap, on purpose. Notice there is very little expression on his face when they are "giving it to him". I don't know a lot of people that, even over the phone sit expressionless taking crap from some one. Has me thinking ...he was thinking "This is on video, I'm just going to sit here and let them pull their own trigger" Which good for him, I'm glad it's out there for the public to see. You all already know this happens... the general public doesn't.

you guys assume he knew he had that load before he took the first ten. Sounded to me like he was given it After he took the first one. Another poster above assumed he was playing video games instead of sleep. well, after I get the bodys needed rest its near impossible for me to nap now that i have my cpap.

Now that I know what goes on at THAT company , I'll give even wider berth to these guys. Lane control is difficult when you are tired.
