Why on earth would he want to keep working there, does he really think that things are going to change? Squeaky wheels only get so much grease, after awhile they get replaced. He's better leaving to go somewhere else, if he doesn't have options then he needs to consider a career change.

I suspect Abe had experienced previous dealings with dispatch that he felt were unreasonable to his vision of how a driver should be handled. This is where most drivers would resort to communicating strictly by Qualcomm to have a record of the communications. He chose to video/record the telephone communications probably not remotely aware of the legal hazards of doing so. His suspicions were confirmed in that dispatch did not view things his way and pressured him to do things their way. Frankly, the appropriate thing to do is resign on the basis of philosophical differences. I'm sure neither party is going to change how they view things.

Because the motoring public doesn't need drivers like you on the highway... What he did was what any smart commonsense person would have done... There is absolutely no freight no matter what it is worth killing anyone over or injuring anyone...
