Finally a green light I sure hope this load is done I need to scoot boot and boogy to LAREDO. Ya'll have fun now ya hear. Patty way to cheerlead for a winner. You rock. They just called paper work is ready. I'm GONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
-
The way you handle this, if you're K&B, is to provide the dispatch info ten hours prior to the load readiness date and time....
A confirmation and acceptance of dispatch macro, with monetary penalties assessed against the driver for service failures, should resolve any future problems, I'm thinking.GabeScott Thanks this. -
Nothing better to than posting vids bashing your employer when you plan to stay with for awhile. If for some reason he does haft to look for work with some other company. I'm sure they'd love to have a video basher on there hands.

This driver is going to get a good lawsuit, and this is unfortunately the way of the future for truck drivers. It also leads me to believe that is why some companies want dash cams facing the driver, they want to know at all times if they are being recorded. If you bow to the dispatchers pressure and a car slids under your truck you are going to jail for manslaughter which could result in a fifteen year sentence. So when dispatch forces you to drive unsafely, think about what's better...losing your job or doing fifteen in the can?

No doubt K&B is talking responsibility. They are responsible for the whole problem. They have real legal counsel. Not the truck stop lawyers that sometimes post here.
Dispatch not only demonstrated flagrent disregard for the law, public safety, and law enforcement. The last dispatch idiot told everybody it was K&B's policy to do so, and they do it all the time! The idiot then dispatched the tired driver out on the public road without the required DOT rest period. Then if spite was not apparent in his voice or actions, the idiot then lied to law enforcement, out of pure spite to wake up his driver, exacerbating the already present problem. Interrupting sleep further, making the driver more tired and frustrated, and then sending the unfit driver out on dark frozen public roads.
K&B's lawyer is in full damage control mode: Bosses have been told give full mouth service to accepting responsibility, fire the dispatch, and keep Abe at all costs. Of course that is just the opposite of what they want to do. Screw the driver first is company policy. Their lawyer told them they must change policy, or look like they are.truckerdave1970, 54Trucker and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
I don't want to see Abe crying about being mistreated in 3 weeks.
