I'm seeing both sides on this issue, Abe should have handled his biz during regular work hours. Not just tried to, it should have been handled, and not dumped on nights. The company shouldn't have pressured him at all, they should have asked him if he could go, found a resolution and if the load failed, then they should have service failed him.
I still can't figure out why he'd continue working somewhere that he seems to be unhappy working at. I would imagine now that he'll see much more dwell time in between load as they figure out what loads he will or wont be able to do. -
Oh,lol yes he won't care. [QUOTE="Hang - Man";3882367]LOL --no i mean i dont have a "Face book " page and dont want to join, and i cant see in his face book page.

They force dispatch on a driver when they knew the circumstances would cause a unsafe situation.
They ignore his requests to remove the load throughout the whole day.
They call him several times through out his second rest period the negating his ability to rest.
They did not enforce his logging of the phone calls within that rest period.
They have him drive after not logging the phone calls. No uninterrupted 10 hour rest as required.
They ignore his first, second, and third requests for needed rest in just one phone call.
They pressure him into another load disregarding the law requiring 10 hours of rest for a driver reporting fatigue.
They were irresponsible when lying to law enforcement.
In no way was K&B was responsible in their actions! They were the ones irresponsible.
As far as honesty, Abe didn't show a lie in this video. Who did was K&B. They lied to the police! They lied about having another truck available to cover the load. The first two dispatchers had such a hard time with lying, breaking the law, and pressuring this driver, they had to give the phone to the idiot at the end. And what a disrespectful moron he was!
I am not missing a thing you are.Last edited: Mar 6, 2014
