You'll be OK. Just remember your rythyms are your friend. Don't need a union when you got rythym.

I was checking out K&B's website a few hours ago as this thread sparked my interest in the company. Turns out they pay you for a minimum of 2500 miles each week whether you run them or not. Granted you do not get service failures. That is what the dispatcher meant when he said to Abe "the guarantee goes away." That's pretty generous if you ask me.

And I will admit that Abe may have some hard questions to ask himself, but ONLY ABE can answer them, certainly not you.

BUT,and this is my point (and unlike rank, I am not afraid to restate my opinion and because I am RIGHT!) do Abe's actions justify the reactions of the night dispatch at K&B???
Was it okay for them to break the law? Driving fatigued is DEADLY!!! Asking someone to do so is akin to pointing a loaded weapon at someone.

Could things have been handled better in this situation by both parties? Probably so!
However, Abe is only one man with limited resources, K&B has 600(?) other drivers, hell they could have enlisted a broker and have one of you SUPERTRUCKERS relay the load!

It would be one thing if you knew for a fact that Abe has made this a pattern of behavior, we don't know that.
But it seems ALOT MORE LIKELY that K&B ROUTINELY PUSHES DRIVERS TO RUN WHEN FATIGUED, PUSHES DRIVERS TO RUN WITH DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT, ETC...

I am at a loss to understand why a fellow driver (if that's what you REALLY are) would be so quick to judge and condemn a man that they have never met and so eager to support a company WITH A DOCUMENTED HISTORY OF VIOLATIONS!!!

    How do you know???
Again, do you have first hand knowledge of this???
Still again, no facts! Just character assassination and out-right lies!!!

As Abe has said many times, ppl that are against him doesn't understand the point of making that video. All they're seeing is Abe was wrong no matter what. They're not going to his FB page or youtube and reading his posts and even trying to understand where hes coming from.
