So many do not get it.

K&B pay a salary of $950 because they cannot plan, not because they love drivers! They hate drivers and have no problem dumping their planning problem on drivers. They would have no drivers if they did not pay a salary.

When you run a business, you manage your problems on both ends: customers and employees. But since some truck drivers are willing to accept 100% turnover and cpm they find it easier just to abuse truck drivers and blame drivers for all their problems.

In all cases in trucking, what the exact appointment time the delivery is done does not really matter; it is just in truckload there has to be an agreement what the time is. That is a basic fact. There is nothing in the truck that life threatening if an appointment is made or not that is the bottom line.

Truck drivers are only forced to driver tired because that is the easy out. The planners do not do the basic math, cannot do the basic math, do not want the dead head miles, or do not want the call the shipper or receiver. They can dump the problem on the dispatchers. Their job is to dump on the drivers.

That is exactly what we saw in Abe's video. Some people here have just so much contempt for there fellow drivers they cannot see the reality of the situation.

Planning a complete shift change in a 20 hour period is unsafe and unnecessary. It is at best a cost saving measure. A huge risk not worth any accident let alone a potentially fatal one.

That is how K&B attorney saw it and that is way things turn out like I said.

You're probably correct but that salary could play into the driver's hands more often than not.

With KB that's absolutely correct.Like every company, they say and post ads that sound glamourous to the driver but forgets the strings attached.KB knows they wouldn't get the drivers if they added the strings to their ads.

When and why did things turn sour for you at K&B? In this thread you seemed happy with them.

Everyone is more or less in agreement that dispatch could have handled the situation differently to mitigate liability. There is really no need for you Pro-Abers to reiterate and restate and repeat and regurgitate yourselves over and over again when nobody is arguing with you. It kinda make syou look silly.

I am finished repeating my answers to silly repetitive questions. I will refer all trolls to the preceding pages.

If you want to argue, come come up with something new.
