Here in lies the problem nowadays. They are keeping a data bank on your medical records so it pays to be honest. I would go take another dot examination and take it from there.

It ain't 1972 anymore. You must answer all questions honestly. What is the medical condition that disqualified you. May or may not be a disqualifier if it is treatable. BP, Apnea, Type 2 Diabetes, Vision, Hearing etc. are all treatable to an extent.

If it's your very first dot exam, then there shouldn't be any previous records of you in the database. You could find a random office and tell them you have no conditions. Now if they find something during their exam, then they'll put it on the paperwork and possibly not give you a 2yr card. All depends on what they find. If there's meds you're on and you don't want to disclose that, I wouldn't lie since you have to do a pee test. If you're on anti-psycho meds or something like that, they might find that in your pee and I wouldn't want to be caught lying. But as far as bodily issues, I'm thinking you can get away with not disclosing that info. It's not like any and all medical records ever created about you are magically available to any doctor that does a search for them.

Well yeah, if you've taken a corona test that's all gonna be in a database. But say you broke your arm 5 yrs ago and have screws in there now and everything else. If you put no surgeries on your dot exam paperwork, it's not like the dot doc is gonna find out if you're lying or not.
