You were disqualified for not disclosing that; thousands of drivers have stents.
Go get another physical with a different doctor.

 

Just disclose that info and have supporting documentation. Call ahead and talk to the Dr. that will be doing your physical. They will tell you exactly what information they will need from your Cardiologist. You will have a couple of hoops to jump through, but, if your numbers are good, you should get a 1year card.

What dream world do you think you are living in?

 

Did you do the test at your family dr were they have a file on you or just pick one out of the phone book.

 

The DOT medical doesn't test for prescription drugs others than those used recreationally and sugar from diabetic conditions.

 

Trying to avoid the medical questions only does one thing.
It shows that you can not be trusted.
And if there is one thing that a prospective driver needs, more than anything else, it is to be in a position of trust.

 

The days of your "Family Doctor" doing DOT Physicals is a thing of the past. They must now be Certified. Most Family Doctors ate not going to go through the process of certification. Not worth the hassle to do $100.00 1/2 hour physicals.
