I don't think he has a DAC yet since he has no CDL...

 

I had a dac report before I got my cdl. Infact I've had a copy of my dac report since two weeks after I started talking to swift and they're on my dac report I have here. But I will say only 2 of the 10 or so companies I applied to are on it. One is prime the other swift who I am training with still. Supposed to leave with a mentor tomorrow.

The dac report helped me to be able to see what the company sees. It was useful.

My CDL was issued 06/10/2013 my DAC report is dated and post marked 05/03/2013

Like i said im not sure and i could be wrong there is no reason for me not to believe you its just what i always thought that DAC is only for commercial drivers that have history behind a wheel of a truck

 

When Theramsey3 signed the application for Swift and Prime to do a background check...both of them paid HireRight to do it for them....and THEY (HireRight) created a DAC, and put his criminal background and MVR on it, and also showed who has asked HireRight for his information.

Had he never applied to a company and/or gave his consent for a background check, a DAC would never exist.

 

I'm completely against this option. You should find out if you're hireable material first before wasting money at a mill.

 

They're all "mills" and if he's being honest like he says he is, I would imagine he's hirable.

 

Thats a good logical explanation. One in which I was having a hard time trying to put words together for without sounding like a total douche.
