Which comes down to being honest with your application. If you tell them the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth then you will not get a nasty surprise at the orientation.

You're making plenty of assumptions in your posts about things. Again, I never implied in any manner anyone was arguing or otherwise. No need to become defensive and call names.

I understand why I received blank pages. I drove years ago ... many years ago. Didn't need a Class A back then (it was a Chauffeurs license). I recently returned to the industry after retiring from another career and not familiar with HireRight, DAC reports, etc. and no idea if anything would show on there from years ago or not which is why I sent for one. I learned about HireRight from this site. I wanted to make sure my DAC was clean before making any moves whatsoever.

Trust me, I put in at least 100 applications, probably more. Check my old posts. When I joined the forum I was coming back to the industry after 25 years and considered myself green. Still consider myself a rookie. Things had changed so much I wanted to learn as much as I could before taking the plunge again. Many awesome folks on this forum helped me along, step by step, spoon-feeding me regarding exactly what I needed to do to accomplish what I wanted to accomplish, including blanketing companies with resumes and applications. Perhaps some companies didn't check with HireRight but I know some did. I received probably about 15 call backs out of all of those applications, about half of those 15 resulted in interviews and out of those, five solid job offers, one of which I accepted. The company I work for uses HireRight. I didn't receive anything from HireRight at anytime regarding any company, including mine.

I don't think you're intentionally trying to blow any smoke. Just want you to know my situation.

So you think I should contact HireRight and ask why the company didn't contact me when my company sent for my background check?
