All companies lie to you. The recruiters lie to get you in, the dispatcher lies to get the load delivered.

 

WARNING! To female drivers and drivers who are thinking to come to this company in GA. If you are wanting to be harrassed there's the place. But be warned your manager will tell you belong in the kitchen. Or you don't belong out in a mans world.Yeh ! I know some people would agree to that. Not right! The lies are every day out there. One week it will be ok to do something and the next it will change. I guess in how the wind is blowing. If your not in the buddy system, you will not get the good runs, or the equipment. Bottom line is, if you are ready to work for this company in Ga, expect the lies, and to be treated as less than you are. And the promise is plenty out there. Top it off your crappy equipment runs 62 mph.

Can you live on lies ! And promise ! What a shame, terminal manager has put a black cloud above them. Drivers has been out there 10 to 15 yrs are looking to get out of there, because the way it is ran. Those guys have been with them, thru the ups and downs, but now it is way below the downs, because of one man running this show. Like I said what a shame !

 

DisTech is just the "old" Manfredi Motor Transit, out of Newbury Park, Ohio. Changed the name after a major accident in Texas a few years back caused them to pay millions. I worked for them in California for a brief time. They do promise to pay for this, pay for that etc. However, when you get your check it's a different story. Leaky old, "pos" and resin trailers and tractors recycled from Penske. Just another bottom dweller tanker outfit on it's last legs financially..

 

THIS IS A BIG WORLD I KNOW THERE HAS TO BE MORE PEOPLE BEEN AFFECTED BY THIS COMPANY. WOULD LIKE TO HEAR MORE. OR MAYBE NOT SO MUCH BY THE COMPANY, BUT BY A CERTAIN MANAGER. ANY FEMALES OUT THERE HAS A DEEP SCAR IN YOUR BACK ( figure of speech )

 

sunshine scott are you talking about the terminal south of macon in byron ,they run an ad in the macon paper about every two or three weeks

 

Yes ! I am. The reason they run a add so much, they will paint a pritty picture at first. The guys will go thru the training and fined out the real deal and leave. Liike I said what a shame, this company was a good one, till they hired this controlling, lier, of a manager. He himself has made this company a hell hole.
