I understood now. I’ve had guys work for me who are just so negative, and constantly figuring out how to step in poop. You could give them a winning lottery ticket and they’d ride it all the way to bankruptcy and then blame you for giving them the ticket.

I keep those people away from me.

For me I’ve alway profited by believing 5 minutes early is already 10 minutes late, and you fix most situations with hard work and bit of honest conversation.

I’m a big believer in the 10,000 hour theory in regards to expertise.

I like that when I talked to the one carrier they said their on the job training is a 6-8 weeks. Yes I want to make money, but I’d rather make less those weeks so 2 years from now I can earn a lot more. I’m not interested half assing anything. I believe that being a professional starts each day with doing your best. I see a lot of people just trying to do enough to get by, and then they post photos on instragam to make them feel like they’re not underachieving.

Have you tried Jim Palmer, in Montana? They run mostly west. They’ll get you your license and all.
The part of that company that runs mostly east is Wil Trans.

I did. I’m liking the reviews and the chat I had with Freymiller.

Up the road in Santa Maria are some LTL barns, get on there or in SB as a Dockworker. You might end up getting free CDL training. Unless you really want to see America.
