DMV and Covid

Here in Nevada also have to make appointment.
Here it's easy and can get an appointment within the week.
Other states seem to have long waiting lists.

 

In June we had 2 cars and 1 trailer that needed plate stickers. Our county opened up a 2 lane drive thru at a new building in Schertz that does registrations bank style. Wife said it was nice and easy.
Driver license stuff is still by appointments that are always booked since there are so many out of state people around here trying to get legal. We natives arn’t worried about getting it done. If we got a clean license the cops arn’t to worried about the date on it unless it expired before corona became popular. Lol

 

Man and I thought I had it rough waiting 2 hours in line in the baking sun to get into the registries to have an address change done a few weeks ago.

 

In MI, our SoS offices are by appt. There is a website to use, but it shows the earliest appt weeks away. Call the SoS office and (around here) they can make a appt next day.
