he wanted to escape and he used somebody else's DNA!!

The way family law works in America, the court would see him as a stepfather most likely since he was acting in that capacity but didn't know it. She just used a surrogate donor to get pregnant all those times.. he's still their father and a wonderful provider. It's not her fault. That's how a lot of family courts would try to spin it, for the kids sake. Relationships are great but skip the marriage scam and leave the government out of your personal life.
