Do Action Resources have a facial hair policy?

I just met a driver who left my company to drive for them. He runs out of North salt lake and has a full beard. He says they do alot of hazmat waste. He never even got fitted for a respirator

 

A driver and I, were just talking about this tonight as we do have some refinery customers that require you be clean shaved. But out of all of them we could only think of one, that actually provided a respirator when you arrived. Then we started laughing taking about if #### went sideways you'd be dead before anyone found you and looking like a pedophile hahaha. I don't drive for action by the way, just my 2 cents.
