That's different from how I think - you must be doing short haul loads like gravel / sand? I'm on percentage as well, but my trips are 300-500 miles so I'm tied up for a day on each one. As long as I can get there in time for the delivery appointment, I don't have a need to be in a hurry.
Do any drivers go the speed limit?

I set my cruise once my GPS says I'm doing the speed limit. All the time. A couple of 12+ tickets a few years ago changed my attitude. I'd rather keep my money in my wallet and get there 30 minutes later.

We match all of our drivers speed and contact those that travel more than 13 over at any point during a day. One of our guys stopped in to ask how he was doing and in 30 days his greatest over speed was 4 mph. So there is at least one dude that drives the speed limit.

I ALWAYS do the speed limit. When your hourly paid you tend to follow it more. When I did linehaul the truck was goverened at 62 and speed limit is 65...

I do the speed limit in my personal vehicle as well. If for no other reason than to piece off all the "important" people around me. And, yeah, I stay out of the left lane when I do it.
The only time I speed is on my bike. I can't help it. 100mph everywhere I go...cuz if I'm gonna get wrecked, I want it to count (rather die than survive).
