I don't exceed the limit,no need to since I have an hourly paid job. Haven't had a ticket in 19 years.

Had a bullhauler blow my doors off on the Will Rogers turnpike today. He had to be doing near 90. I was poking it at 68.

When running in the US, I'm just about always running at the speed limit, which in Michigan is 60, except for the city of Detroit, where it's usually 55, and I'll be doing about that. Likewise with Ohio, except for the turnpike, where I'll be doing 62 (limit is 70). In construction zones, 60, 45 or less where workers are present.
When in Ontario, I'll be doing 100 km/h, since that's what our trucks are limited to. -
I usually try to stay 20 % over the limit. Except in school and work zones(I creep along)

I do what ever the traffic flow is doing, If im poking along with a couple of cars im doing 5 over the speed limit. Now in my personal car im doing the speed limit or 5 over same gig....

Oh, I ran over the Missouri scales today at 4mph instead of the posted 3mph. Breakin' the law! Breakin' the law!
caddy59 Thanks this. -
5-10 over on the interstate. 65 mph limit the daily interstate, 75mph truck. If the LEO wants to cite me for 10 over. So be it
Po dunk towns do the limit if i can, Stop lights / Stop signs/ Traffic usually dictate any chance of getting up too speed. -

I hear the DOT guy in the scale house yell at a Swifty over the CB for doing 5mph instead of the 3mph posting i beleive it was in OR or WA.

I've ran the scales twice in the past when they were back up onto the road, they never came after me.
