    What happened to it?

I can't say I would want to fix one up that has an unknown history.

If you never took it to a CB shop and had it "tweaked" it might be interesting enough to someone.

If any one is interested. Let me know. Of not. And the cb shops won't buy it I'm gonna junk it. The fuse in the wire is good. But when in stalled it did not turn on. Its my boss's. Truck so digging into it, I just can't do.
Monday and tues ill be tween in. And wi.
If some one shows genuine interest ill hold it till our paths cross.of not its good. For my retirement scrap pile.

One thing that comes to mind is the inline fuse holders are getting to be really junky nowadays. If there is some pressure on the wiring near the fuse holder it will break contact and create an open circut.

Is there an easy place you can hook up the power again for a quick test? It might be a good radio.

Its a 16 cascadia. Right up over the driver seat is my only option that I know of. I did try it in and out of the whole where it goes. And shook the wires. I can't fool with it to much. The man who gave it to me said it was a 300.00 radio. I'm just trying to help some one out

Ahh,ok that dosent sound too promising
I'm pretty sure the stock wiring in a Casadia for the CB is off when the ignition key is off, or not switched to accessory.

I remember that's what pissed me off about cobra radios. Turn off the key and they would loose power and forget thier settings...

I ran a hot wire down to the battery and used a self tapping screw to attach the ground to the metal cab rail/support/rib /whatchamacallit in the back of the overhead cubby.

I would give it another shot with the key on at least. Unless you tried that already. :)
