Do companies do background check before or after orientation?

Sounds like a sure thing.

 

When you do these intelliapp forms with autofill, seems like you are giving them permission to check everything . To be safe I took a copy of my DMV I ran last week to avoid any doubt.

 

They don't pay that kind of money for tickets. They buy in bulk and save greatly. Also, all if it is an operating expense so they write it all off anyway.

Well, i had to sign a form today for a criminal background check. Be glad when I get my hazmat.

 

You mean accidents and or crashes , wrecks.
Stop trying to minimize what you've done.
You tear up equipment.

 

Their criminal background and the one you take for hazmat are two separate checks. The one for hazmat is done by the TSA at one of their locations along with fingerprints.
Also most companies don't spend a lot of money on background checks till you actually show up.
Matter of fact a large portion don't do any money on it till your actually there.
Think about 15 / 20 person class and the cost to do beforehand and 8 Don't even show up.
