Also say i go to orientation and they dont give me a job because of my incidents. What are some decent companies that will hire me??? And dont tell me to quit or work at carolina cargo lol i learned from my mistakes and paid for them out of my paycehck now i know what im doing now.
Do companies do background check before or after orientation?

No probably not ill no in 1 week for sure but from my understanding they only list dot accidents not incidents at my bottom feeder company where im leasing and going bankrupt but still trucking
as i love the job. Not my company whom i will not mention but its a scam lol
Edit. Dispatchers and planners dont do #### here. Neither leasing. #### they cant evem put #### on dac reports because they are sooo busy.. or lazy.. a couple other drivers i talked to here had incidents that were never put on dac.. they left to go seek greenee pastures.Last edited: Jun 14, 2018
