Do flatbedders park crooked on purpose ?

    It can't just be me that notices this.

    I'm not saying that they all do this or to this extreme like the moron in the picture.

    Is he at the end of a row in a truck stop?


    Is he parked at a shipper to load/unload?

    Is he angling his truck to block or flow the wind to de tarp?

    Nope it is a mental defect of smallgenitaliaitus. AKA little ball syndrom.

    They also have straight pipes, echo box radios, sleeveless shirts, and an insipid hat with their favorite NASCAR driver that has been dead for almost two decades.

    Not to bust your chops necessarily, but some additional facts are needed.

    When did he get there for example? Last night when the the lot was full?

    Could be possible he had little choice but to park that way due to some other bunch of idiots.

    In the pic above he might be taking up the "illegal" space to the right to keep a REALLY lazy driver from parking beside him and leaving space on the left so he can clear a truck that parks RIGHT on the yellow line. Or the bathrooms might be to the right and he was in a certain rush to get stopped and into the bathroom. With drivers these days it's hard to tell if they are being lazy and a rock or over-protective against the super-duper lazy drivers around them.

    He was parked at a toll plaza just like that for his 10 hr break.

    I just used that pic because that's one of the worse I've seen but they're crooked more often than not

    I was just wondering , maybe it's an inside joke or something .

    I've seem some of these guys back into a tight spot blind side with the spilt axles yet they're crooked as all hell in the spot . Makes no sense since they obviously have the skill

    And they CRY louder than all the rest combined about everyone else.

    No it's not your imagination. Most of them can't park in a spot to save their lives.
