If you do what you are hired to do, follow the rules you signed up for.... then why would it matter.

Most people do the right thing when they are being watched. What you do when you aren't being watched defines your character.

I take pride in the fact that I do what I'm supposed to be doing, WITHOUT being tracked.

Me too. I do everything i am supposed to be doing and i take pride doing it. I bet half of the guys on here talking crap would be lousy employees if nobody was monitoring everything they did like an infant.

I have never even thought about being tracked before. It's never been an issue.....some people think way too much into this stuff......... But if I am being tracked, what the hell do I care? I'm boring.

Does not bother me to be tracked. I like it because it covers my butt, and it reflects how much I kick ### at my job compared to others..... That's pride and ego.

    Starboyjim Thanks this.

Now, now, let's not be peevish. Drivers just have a way of looking at the "what didn't he say" behind "what did he say." By the way, beside myself, David, PMracing and others are still waiting for an answer to our questions - what's your problem with tracking? Come on , Generic, let's go with an answer.

Even without the GPS or phone you still are tracked via fuel purchases unless you pay cash and if you have a prepass and if you dont have a prepass you go thru the scale houses. No matter what you do you are always being watched Oh yeah I forgot about the cams on the highways etc.

Dont be dense. The purpose of this thread was to ask what is the benefit of tracking for drivers to cause companies to brag about the fact that their trucks are equipped with the technology on their job ads.
