Do I get a DOT physical before anything else?

    I was planning to go to the Swift school and the online pdf says I will need to pass the DOT physical, but it doesnt says if I pass the DOT physical at their school or a doctor's office, so do I get a DOT physical at the doctor's office beforehand? So that later when I get to the school I can show them that I passed?
