Do i have any legal rights after being attacked and threatenedto be killed by a team

Another part that does not add up.

A woman in the shower overheard me so I waited and eventually walked out with her and talked to someone she knew and a person in charge at the terminal."

Now is the OP a female ? if not how did the woman in the shower overheard

 

Yep...shes a she....can't explain how, but I caught that before the "woman in the shower" statement....which confirmed it to me!

 

Ok , well if nothing else this is a good ON LINE detective game.

Now anyplace I ever saw a female bruised and battered there was usually a GUY handcuffed and thrown in the back of a cruiser, also if the terminal manager was informed as was the company of what went on the company would have taken action against the male co driver

 

This makes no sense. The police said they won't arrest him because he has to deliver a load?

This whole story sounds like BS.

 

He probably pulled the "I will call the U.S. Marshalls if you dont let me deliver my load" trick.
