If all it showed up as was a violation on an inspection, it is not a moving violation. Yes, it would show up as a violation on your PSP, as will any inspections you get. The big deal for you is to pay attention and stay out of any lanes where trucks are not allowed.
Do I have to list a warning I got if a job is asking for moving convictions?

What does a forfeiture mean in regards to traffic convictions? I know the actual definition means to give something up but still unsure

Don’t state anything on the application. If your applying for trucking jobs , there will be a dozen companies vying for your services. Take the highest bidder and the one that acts the least stupid. If they ask you about “something” just play Hillary Clinton and say you don’t recall.
I’m sick and tired of American citizens tip toeing around acting like serfs asking mother may I to everything and anything. Man up and be a citizen.Speed_Drums Thanks this. -
Yea just stay out of the left lane u know the rules. It’s yours regardless

Was it in jersey Lol. They'll bang you for it. Not just a quick pass to get around someone but hanging out there in the left is easy money for them. See it all the time
