Do I need the axle/ weight rating sticker on my gooseneck

    Truckstop washed the sticker off my trailer. Does it need to be on there or not ? Contacted Diamond C and they'll send another but wasn't sure that I need it or not

    It’s not stamped on a metal tag somewhere? Usually from what I’ve seen on those is the sticker is just to show the axle manufacturer just like you’d see on an RV. I’d think you should have a metal tag somewhere.

    Are you talking about the tire sticker or the actual VIN plate with GVWR and axle weights on it?

    Did Diamond C send you a PDF of that label to carry while you are waiting for the actual label to show up? The only issue I see is, if you get pulled over, they can't verify the V.I.N. and could jump to a bad conclusion. The GAWR should be stamped on the axles or on tags attached to the axles..
