Do I need to go to trucking school? Already have CDL and 4 weeks driving experience

Most bigger companies will require you to go to school and go out with a trainer. Swift is one exception, although i highly recommend going to school. I have had my cdl since I was 19 yrs old, my old man taught me to drive. I went to school as required by the OTR company's insurance company and actually learned a lot. Trust me OTR is different than what you did for the county, and the added training won't hurt you.
