Every state is different I think, although commercial stuff should be uniform nationwide in my opinion. How I explained it is how i know it to be in Texas

If you mean to get you hazmat, then yes. You have to do fingerprinting and background again

you will need to take everything you needed to get your cdl (id, med card, ssn, prof of citizenship)

after you take the hasmat test and pass the tanker endorsemt will go away and you will have a "X" endorsement X=tanker & hasmat

when you pass the hasmat test they will give you a form with the info about getting your fingerprints done. you will need that form to get your fingerprints done

I took and pass the Hazardous endorsement test in August, just got cleared by TSA last week because of some name change issues. Do I have to retake the Hazardous endorsement test again.

Why don't you guys call your DMV and ask?

Don't mean to be mean but they are the one place where you can get the right answer.

I think the test only lasts for 6 months, it is a pretty easy test so taking it shouldn't be an issue.
